  1. And what is also interesting to me is the almost binary fascination in the western social and health fields, in reinvigorating “mindfulness” meditation practices. This links in with Rosen’s final section in the Atlantis article about “paying attention”. In the mindfulness practices one attempts to give objective awareness (pay attention) to where ones mind is traveling, and the phenomena that arise in each moment.
    My personal aim has always been to achieve this, while multi-tasking!!!!!!!
